This position plays a pivotal role in advancing student engagement, student success, and the personal development of students within the Kansas State community.   • Bachelor\'s degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

\ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master\'s degree in Higher Education/Student Affairs, or related discipline
  • Experience advising fraternity or sorority communities
  • Membership in Greek-letter or fraternal organization
  • 1-2 years\' experience advising in higher education setting or internal/national fraternal organizations.
