Location: OVERLAND PARK, KS (MOSTLY REMOTE)

Your future role:
As the HRIS Analyst you will be at the forefront, refining HR systems and programs, ensuring seamless functionality, and transforming the employee journey.

Requirements:
Proficiency in diverse HR systems.
A proactive performer, ready to automate and innovate.
An eagle's eye for detail and deep passion for process enhancement.
A Bachelor's degree plus 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience
Expertise in HR platforms like Oracle, Brass Ring, Market Pay, Qualtrics, others.
Excellent Excel skills and a valid driver’s license.

Requirements
Bachelor Degree and 5+ years of HR systems experience or equivalent
Experience in HR platforms like Oracle, Brass Ring, Market Pay, Qualtrics, others
Data analysis and report writing experience
Must have excellent MS Excel skills
Great communication, collaboration and presentation skills
