Propio Language Services Freelance Spanish-speaking DTP specialist in Overland Park, Kansas

Founded in 1998, Propio Language Services provides critical interpreting and translation services that improve the quality of life in the communities we serve. We do that by providing top-notch Translation services for over 6,000 clients with a diverse, experienced, and dynamic team of language experts.

We are looking for a freelance Spanish-speaking DTP specialist to join our team of skilled experts.

Contract Responsibilities:

  • Adherence to projects' and clients' guidelines.

  • Close collaboration with our project managers.

  • Providing exceptional DTP services.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Desktop Publishing (DTP) Specialist, ideally in the translation or localization industry.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe InDesign.

  • Experience with OCR tools and processes.

  • Strong attention to detail and maintaining quality while meeting tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Spanish.

  • Familiarity with additional languages and scripts is a plus.

  • Understanding of typography, design principles, and layout concepts.

  • Ensure consistency in formatting, fonts, styles, and graphics across various documents.

Preferred requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
