You Are:

A thought leader in Enterprise Product Lifecycle Management, with expertise on the Oracle Cloud Product Management platform. Modules in this area include: Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, Quality Management and Configurator. Oracle’s Project Portfolio Management, in particular Project Execution, is also highly desired. Highly skilled in facilitating requirements workshops, mapping to Oracle Product Management capabilities and features, leading clients through ‘better practices’ decisions and architecting solutions. Comfortable and adept at leading client and Accenture teams and projects, and diving into various project workstreams and configuring Oracle Product Management. Industry experience, specifically high tech and semi-conductor, medical device, industrial and/or consumer projects, in the PLM domain is highly relevant. Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

The Work:

  • Architecting and planning projects centered on clients’ deployments of Oracle Cloud Product Management

  • Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrates understanding of business needs and recommend robust design

  • Contribute to large-scale, global work streams requiring cross workstream knowledge of Oracle Product Management Cloud

  • Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create a stand-out Projects solution offering powered by Oracle Product Management Cloud

  • Lead teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Product Management solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment

  • Understand Oracle Cloud Product Management data model conversions and advise business teams on conversion strategies and leading practices

  • Guide and lead the testing cycles teams as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation

  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables, including reporting to client executives and sponsorship

  • Demonstrate an end-to-end solution to the client during hands on Oracle demonstrations

    Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

    What you Need:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience working with Oracle Applications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Product Management Cloud (Product Development, Product Data Hub, Innovation Management, Enterprise Quality Management Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)

  • Minimum of 3 year’s experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project

  • Minimum of 3 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience)

    Bonus Points If:

  • Oracle Product Management Cloud Certification

  • Oracle Agile PLM Experience

  • Exposure to or relations with Oracle Product Management, Product Strategy or Sales (for Cloud Product Management

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
