Tow Truck Drivers needed\ Lucas Towing of Kansas\ 511 N Santa Fe Ave\ Salina, Ks 67401\ 785-643-8797\ Driver License: 2 years or more\ Years of experience required: 1-3\ Skill or experience operating a motor vehicle: Wrecker, P/U, and trailer, rollback, and manuals.\ Customer service: Skill or experience assisting customers before, during, and after services.\ Commercial driving license not required.\ Some mechanical knowledge\ Load and unload vehicles manually\ Use manual transmission\ Must be able to communicate written and verbally\ Must have a great attitude\ Must be able to follow direction\ Must be flexible\ Must be able to work nights and weekends\ Must be clean and well groomed\ Insurance is offered\ Sick time offered after 95 days\ Vacation offered after 375 days\ Pay days 1st and 15th of the month\ Pay is flat rate/percentage of tows or services
