Overview\ Due to the amount of interest in the previous interest-only posting and the positive impact locally and nationally with the Team Supervisor program, Topeka is taking the next step progressively in expanding additional Team Supervisor roles in the Warehouse. Below are the following shifts that we are targeting for expansion:

2nd Core (4 days): Monday Thursday 2 PM 12 AM 40 hours/week

2nd GES (4 days): Monday Thursday 2 PM 12 AM 40 hours/week

3rd Core (4 days): Tuesday Friday 10 PM 8 AM 40 hours/week

3rd GES (4 days): Tuesday Friday 10 PM 8 AM 40 hours/week

2/3 GES (4 days): Saturday Tuesday 6 PM 4 AM 40 hours/week

3/1 GES (4 days): Monday Thursday 2 AM 12 PM 40 hours/week

W/E #1 (3 days): Thursday Saturday 6 PM 6 AM 36 hours/week

W/E #2 (3 days): Saturday Monday 3 AM 3 PM 36 hours/week

W/E #3 (3 days): Friday Sunday 3 PM 3 AM 36 hours/week

W/E #4 (3 days): Friday Sunday 6 AM 6 PM 36 hours/weeK

Responsibilities\ * Provides daily work direction to frontline associates and Leads daily performance meetings.\ * Uses technical systems for reporting and analytics.\ * Conducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, issues corrective action.\ * Makes daily decisions impacting the business.\ * Handles all team performance and personnel issues.\ * Manages time and payroll systems.\ * Other duties as assigned to improve efficiency and results of the department

Compensation and Benefit Details:\ * The expected compensation range for this position is between \$50,600 \$75,950 based on a full-time schedule.\ * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary.\ * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.\ * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.

Qualifications\ * High School Diploma required, with Associates degree or equivalent background preferred.\ * Experience in Logistics and Previous experience in Supervising Others Preferred\ * Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills\ * Experience in Coaching and Monitoring Performance of Others\ * Able to Instruct and Teach Others\ * Skills in Organizing, Planning and Prioritizing Work\ * Knowledge of General Regulatory & Safety Processes and Procedures\ * Mechanical and Technical Aptitude with Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving Capabilities
