Position Title:
Lead HVAC/Maintenance Technician
Job Duties:
The Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) and Maintenance Technician performs maintenance and repairs on all campus HVAC systems. The Technician also does minor electrical and plumbing installations, repairs and other general maintenance. This position has supervisory authority while under the direct supervision of the General Maintenance Supervisor.
