CompuCom O365 Migration Technician in Arkansas City, Kansas

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified O365 Migration Technician to join their team onsite in Arkansas City, Kansas. This will be a 6 month project with a possible extension to 12 months. This resource will work the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 2 to 4+ years of experience in IT support or a similar role including hands-on experience with hardware repair, software troubleshooting, and providing technical support to end users
Proficiency in repairing, testing, and maintaining PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, and related hardware
Strong troubleshooting skills for software and computer peripherals
Experience with asset management and handling installations, moves, additions, and changes
Ability to provide in-person technical support and excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with backing up and burning end user data
Capability to develop and document process improvements
Experience working in an enterprise environment
Physical ability to lift up to 40lbs, bend, crawl, and walk for extended periods
Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
