Receptionist
We are looking for an honest and dependable team member. Skyline/Champion is an established home builder with more than 65 years in manufactured housing. Summary: Provides general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks. The receptionist will be responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well as additional duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Retrieves messages from voice mail and forwards to appropriate personnel.
Answers incoming telephone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards calls to appropriate personnel or department.
Takes and delivers messages or transfers calls to voice mail when appropriate personnel are unavailable.
Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel.
Receives, sorts, and routes mail, and maintains and routes publications.
Performs other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, photocopying, and collating.
Qualifications
Must exhibit high ethical standards and professionalism.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel.
Must possess sound interpersonal and communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills and professional phone manner
Must have strong attention to detail
Must have a great work ethic
Experience with standard office equipment
Must live the Champion Operating Principles
