Position:
Clinical Therapist
Responsibilities:
1. Supervise and evaluate clinical staff to include performance appraisals; clinically supervisor case manager and attendant care workers assigned to office. Provide supervision to practicum students.
2. Conduct intake assessments, outpatient therapy, evaluations, and assist with crisis when other staff are unavailable.
3. Consult and advise Clinical Director.
4. Effectively collaborate with all departments within the MHC.
5. Promote SCMH\'s mission within the community and participate in community events as needed.
6. Responsible for Utilization Review.
7. Conduct the initial recruitment and selection process for clinical vacancies within the office.
8. Work with Clinical Director on the Annual Needs Assessment.
9. Advice Clinical Director of fiscal needs at time of budget development and assist with clinical planning throughout the year.
10. Program development based on community needs as served by that office including implementation of CCBHC standards.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director.
