Administration and the delivery of Clinical Services to Families of Children with an ASD\ We are seeking a full-time employee that will dedicate 50% of time on Administrative tasks and 50% as a\ Clinical Consultant/Supervisor in our Basehor, Kansas location. The administrative tasks will focus on helping\ answer clinical questions, navigating various emails in order to provide direction, oversight of clinical staff,\ conducting interviews, attending outreach events, etc. The Clinical position involves in-person and telehealth\ delivered supervision of home-based teams providing clinical services to families with children impacted by\ autism.
JOB DUTIES:
\ Administrative responsibilities include:\ Provide Oversight to staff/providers at The KIDS Place (center-based program)\ Assist with answering clinical questions.\ Review public facing communication (mail chimps, newsletter review).\ Assist with outreach events at universities and other outreach opportunities.\ Clinical Responsibilities include:\ Provide general day to day supervision of 2-3 clinical teams to include:\ Assist with conducting assessments (e.g. VB-MAPP); monitor staff; conduct fidelity.\ Consult with staff and families for behavior and programming issues.\ Stay in close contact with staff to monitor changes in a childs behavior.\ Manage inappropriate behaviors: develop function-based behavior intervention plans.\ Schedule Team meetings, staff overlaps and attend required company-wide meetings.
