Role

An HR Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the human resources team with all administrative tasks related to the organization\'s employees. Their responsibilities include assisting in the development of recruitment strategies, implementing and maintaining systems for managing employee benefits, conducting assessments, and overseeing the onboarding and offboarding of new hires. This position is essential for the internal success of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
  • Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
  • Manage/Maintain/Improve the staffing process i.e.: recruiting, setting up interview schedule, onboarding and offboarding procedures that are outlined in BambooHR.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date by coordinating with managers.
  • Develop/Maintain training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
  • Assist management to address health, safety, and worker-management issues, including compliance with federal workplace laws
  • Provide paperwork to parties associated Workmans Comp claims
  • Provide information and related forms to parties associated for Employer provided benefits
  • Design programs to reward employees for accomplishments and motivate them to continue performing at a high level
  • Manage/Maintain/Improve assessment schedule to managing team and employees for employee job performance feedback using BambooHR application.
  • Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. W-4, I-9
  • Assist management with additional tasks as required.

Full Time, Day Shift 8 am to 5 pm with overtime opportunities

Required Education: - High School Diploma or GED

Compensation: - \$18.00 to \$30.00 /hour,Dependent on Experience
