Interact with and assist customers, donors and others in a courteous and professional manner. Handle donations with respect Sort and tag merchandise, achieve store goals This position is also responsible for completing other duties as assigned including ensuring a positive customer experience and product workflow in both the front and back of the store.
Acknowledge and Assist customers/donors in a timely and courteous manner.
Merchandise, restock and provide general floor maintenance where needed.
Maintain a clean work environment.

Contributes to team effort by supporting team members to reach predetermined goals, assist supervisors and leads when necessary and perform other duties as assigned by Store Leadership.
Ability to navigate the use of a computer to perform clock-in/out and complete job trainings and use the POS system.
Retail store environment, temperature varies, loud noises, occasional crowds, exposure to dust.
Exposure to daily weather extremes (Heat in summer and cold in winter).
