  • Job Purpose

Oversee and perform warehouse functions while maintaining the integrity of raw materials, packaging, and finished

goods, ensuring all quality and safety standards are met.

Essential Functions

• Work closely with Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to identify best practices, efficiencies

• Load outbound trailers

• Ensure return ingredients are put away and transferred properly both physically and systematically

• Identify pallet locations quickly and efficiently

• Manage products using First Expired, First Out (FEFO) method

• Pull product from locations accurately

• Support production needs by filling ingredient orders from production lines

• Print lot code labels in Labelview

• Complete assigned paperwork accurately and legibly

• Fully complete "Product Bin Transfer Log" and turn into Data Entry

• Stage product for shipping/transfers by utilizing company’s enterprise resource planning (ERP) system

• Put away product into storage locations accurately

• Ensure product is slotted correctly per assignment

• Fulfill orders/transfers accurately

Verify lot codes when receiving inbound product

• Confirm Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are present and within specification for received product

• Receive inbound Purchase Orders (POs) into company’s ERP system

• Perform cycle counts

• Communicate information and any issues across shifts

• Operate forklift safely and responsibly

• Complete daily pre and post operation check of assigned equipment

• Assist in general housekeeping duties in warehouse

• Assist other warehouse areas as needed

• Comply with all food safety requirements, training, policies, and procedures

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Competencies)

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 4+ years of warehouse experience preferred

• Advanced knowledge of Labelview

• Advanced knowledge of company’s ERP system

• Forklift experience required

• Good verbal and written communication skills including legible handwriting

• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to think quickly and handle frequent change

• Self-motivated, goal oriented, and quality driven

• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
