    Job Description

Job Summary:

This role drives all people development, culture and engagement programs and initiatives by designing online, face-to-face, blended, and on-demand training opportunities. This role also drives cross-functional collaboration to support large-scale organizational change management efforts and organization development activities.

Job Duties:

• Assists team members through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; adhering to clear timelines through all phases, updating key partners, and supporting appropriate measurement for successful implementation• Creates, maintains, and distributes training reporting for departments• Organizes and maintains training and performance management scheduling• Supports organizational development programs focused on learning and development, performance management, career pathing, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion initiatives• Helps to create engaging training opportunities and instructional resources for our employees• Supports and communicates logistics for training & projects of an instructional nature• Collaborates with multiple teams within the organization to gather content for instructional design• Conducts needs assessments, focus groups, or employee interviews and works with teammates to identify areas for improvement and professional development• Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with key internal clients• Performs all other duties as assigned.

Skills & Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Instructional Design, Psychology, Business, Sociology, Communications or related field• 1+ years of experience in organizational development, talent management, learning and development, education, and/or organizational change management• Knowledge of adult learning theories and fundamental skills in the areas of training curriculum design and evaluation• Knowledge of AWS Skill Builder, Litmos, and LinkedIn Learning preferred• High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style• Excellent writing and editing experience• Ability to work independently and in groups with minimal supervision• Excellent computer skills and ability to quickly learn new technologies
