A day in the life would include (but not limited to):
- Deliver fiber to the home installations and repairs
- Troubleshoot customer connection issues
- Install and repair VOIP services - residential and business customers
- Handle installations and repairs independently
- Provide an exceptional in-home/business experience to customers by being friendly, patient, efficient as well as knowledgeable of FTTP service, gateways and WiFi
- Working knowledge of aerial and underground fiber networks
- Installing drops from the service terminal to the home or business
