Ideatek is seeking a self motivated, resourceful individual to join us as an Outside Sales Representative Contractor. This position can work full time or part time hours based on the individual\'s availability. You can set your own schedule!

We offer a competitive commission model based on sales conversions. You will have the opportunity to earn based on your sales - limitless earning potential!

Location:

This role will be working both in the Buhler office located at: 111 Old Mill Lane Buhler, Kansas and outside meeting future customers at their residents. It will focus on growing the Reno County customer base.

A day in the life would include (but not limited to):

  • Deliver a positive first impression of Ideatek. Form positive relationships and deliver the message of internet freedom.
  • Seek to understand the needs of the customer (challenges, goals, e.g.). Identify the needs and solutions that potential customers would benefit from
  • Delivers educational experiences to the customer to help them on their journey
  • Develop new business opportunities through door-to-door sales and calling on potential customers by leveraging networking and marketing materials
  • Engage in community events and presentations to create long lasting customer relationships
  • This position would be working outside approximately three days a week. And travel overnight approximately one day a month.

  • 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, account management or like role
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Current & valid drivers license with no restrictions
  • Ability to work flexible hours including occasional Saturdays to meet customers needs
  • Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
  • Must be willing and able to travel (in-state/local area) Approximately three days a week in the field and one overnight per month.
