Application Support Analyst

The Application Support Analyst ensures timely resolution of application and system issues while delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include triaging, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and escalating or resolving customer application problems. Additional duties involve:

Monitoring logs to maintain system stability.

Providing technical support for internal applications.

Provisioning application user access.

Handling other assigned work items.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Excellent communication skills with experience interfacing directly and remotely with customers.

Strong troubleshooting abilities, including evaluating tickets for impact and urgency and gathering evidence.

Organized and adept at updating troubleshooting guides and knowledge bases.

Self-driven and collaborative, able to work effectively within the application support team.

Consistently completes tasks accurately and on time.

Makes sound decisions with general guidance.

Emphasizes process adherence, attention to detail, and trustworthiness.

Experience: The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing application troubleshooting support or working as an application analyst

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Candidate must be 10 CFR 810 compliant This is for a contingent engagement, typically no more than 18 months. Holidays are off and unpaid Hourly with some potential for overtime at ST M-Th 6:30 to 5 or 7:5:30 – 10 hour days

Candidates must have a strong background in Apps Analyst or Application Support. Will be supporting several in house applications as well as Maximo and Hyland.

This is a remote role but the manager would ideally like someone who is within a 2 hour drive of Burlington, KS (must be central time zone).
