*Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst to join our team. The IAM Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining identity and access management systems to ensure secure and efficient access to critical systems and data. This role involves working with technologies such as Active Directory, Linux, Windows, RBAC (Role-Based Access Control), and automation tools to enhance the security posture and streamline access processes across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
•Design, deploy, and maintain IAM systems to ensure secure and efficient access management.
•Manage and administer identity repositories such as Active Directory (AD), including Group Policy, domain trusts, and user provisioning.
•Support and maintain Linux and Windows environments with a focus on access control and identity integration.
•Develop and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) policies, ensuring proper access assignment and least privilege principles.
•Automate IAM processes and workflows using scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Bash) or automation tools.
•Implement multi-factor authentication (MFA), single sign-on (SSO), and federated identity solutions.
•Collaborate with security teams to identify and address vulnerabilities in IAM systems.
•Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to user access, authentication, and identity synchronization.
•Develop and maintain IAM documentation, including architecture diagrams, runbooks, and best practices.
•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in identity and access management.
Education and Experience Requirements: * •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. •Info Security Analyst II: At least 3 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT roles. •SR Info Security Analyst: At least 5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management or related IT roles. * Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required: •Proficiency with Active Directory and associated services such as LDAP, Kerberos, and Group Policy. •Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows administration, including user and group management, security configurations, and scripting. •Hands-on experience with RBAC frameworks and implementation in enterprise environments. •Experience automating IAM processes using scripting languages like PowerShell, Python, or Bash. •Familiarity with IAM-related tools and technologies (e.g., Azure AD, CyberArk, SailPoint). •Knowledge of security protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. •Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. •Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications: •Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, or similar. •Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their IAM services. •Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks.
