Position Description:
CGI Federal is seeking candidates for the role of Business Process Improvement and Program Management Analyst to support a USG agency in Northern Virginia. Successful candidates in this role will provide support for a USG agency component at the executive program level.
This position is located in Chantilly, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Engage across organization and management levels to provide recommendations for business process improvements, support the transition and integration of improvements.
• Facilitate internal meetings, external meetings, and other relevant forums to include scheduling, agenda creation, and documentation of all related meeting minutes and actions.
• Create, collect, and analyze relevant business metrics to identify the effectiveness of business, functional and technical processes for new and existing projects and programs, identifying risks and recommending possible solutions.
• Monitor and track the Sponsor's program(s) to ensure they meet technical and operational goals.
• Evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies, and propose innovative solutions to challenging problems as identified, and as explicitly tasked by the Sponsor's (U) executive leadership.
• Support engagement efforts (via document preparation, response to taskers, etc.) in meetings, working groups, etc., to advance Sponsor needs and objectives.
• Establish and evolve repeatable processes and documents for Sponsor engagement.
• Support TDYs (as identified) by the Sponsor.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• An Industrial Security Staff Approval/Top Secret (ISSA/TS) clearance with polygraph.
• Twelve years' experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency, performing work that supports the business processes and functions (e.g. strategic planning, communications, briefing coordination and development) of executive / senior leadership responsible for divisions within an organizational entity.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency, managing the workflow of, and responsible for, the development and briefing of materials and talking points for executive/ senior leadership to meet their program objectives.
• Demonstrated experience working within a team to track, manage and ensure quality control and appropriateness of responses for the leadership, to external taskings and requirements.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the Sponsor and/or Sponsor Agency, operating independently, with team members, and with ad hoc networks to evaluate, propose, and implement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in achieving the Sponsor's mission and executive leaderships' objectives.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the planning and delivery of offsites, all-hands and strategic engagements as directed by the Sponsor.
• Demonstrated experience developing and refining standard operating procedures.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $99,200.00 - $241,600.00.
