SUMMARY: Provides nutritional care to residents in long term care facility in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations by performing the following duties:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES
- Prepare and serve meals
- Cleaning of all food preparation and food service areas
- Prepare next-day items and food
- Complete special orders
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Desirable personal and character qualification
- Pleasant, courteous manner
- Ability to work congenitally with others and under direction
- Have basic knowledge of measurement and cooking techniques
