The City of Coffeyville is seeking applications for the position of Light Equipment Operator in the Public Service Department. This position will perform a variety of semi-skilled tasks associated with the construction and maintenance of streets, alleys, buildings, and parks. The ideal candidate will have skilled construction trade experience and experience operating dump trucks, tractors, front-end loaders, backhoes, bobcats or similar equipment. A clean driving record with CDL license or ability to obtain and high school diploma are required.
Starting wage is \$18.48/hr. Applicants must be willing to meet the City of Coffeyville residency requirements within six months of employment. The City\'s residency requirement is to live inside the State of Kansas within forty-five miles of City Hall, 102 W. 7th Street, Coffeyville, Kansas. Applications accepted until position filled. EOE
