Daily farm operations including but not limited to driving equipment, maintenance support of farm equipment, grain bin management; maintaining appearance of the farm, facility maintenance, daily care of livestock and assisting owners in achieving farm goals, and additional duties as related to cattle operations.
Housing: Reasonable repair cost of damage other than that caused by normal wear and tear will be deducted from the earnings of workers found to have been responsible for damage to housing or furnishings. Deductions will also be made for cleaning when necessary, in filthy conditions or disgusting circumstances.
EMPLOYER FURNISHED TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT: The employer will furnish, without cost, all tools, supplies, or equipment required in the performance of work. Crews will be responsible for vehicles, tools and equipment assigned to them. Deductions will be taken for lost tools, misuse causing damage and destruction of tools and equipment. Vehicles must be kept clean and deductions will be made for necessary cleaning, damages, due to misuse, and reckless operation.
