Job Title: Equipment Operator
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to work on-site from Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime on Saturdays. The role requires arriving at the site by 5:30 AM each day and involves operating various equipment including a motor grader, bulldozer, and front-end loader.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment such as motor graders, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.
Work in close proximity to cranes, pedestrians, and within tight spaces and stair towers.
Handle various construction projects that are not wide open, such as freeways.
Maintain patience and precision while operating equipment in challenging environments.
Essential Skills
7+ years of experience in equipment operation.
Experience operating construction equipment like Lull.
Certification in equipment operation (expired or not).
Comfortable operating various pieces of equipment.
CDL Class A.
Medical Card.

Work Environment
You will be working at a Panasonic job site with a schedule from Monday to Friday, starting at 5:30 AM, with the possibility of overtime on Saturdays. The work environment involves operating heavy equipment around cranes, pedestrians, and in confined spaces, requiring a high level of patience and precision.

This is a Contract position based out of De Soto, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.
