Job Title: Installation Coordinator
Job Description
The Installation Coordinator is responsible for installing company equipment at customer facilities. This role involves coordinating installation work between Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer. Key roles include safety leader, material planner, mechanical/electrical worker and/or supervisor, overall installation coordinator, team leader, and QAQC leader.
Responsibilities
Install company equipment at customer facilities
Coordinate installation work between Site Project Teams, Remote Management, and the customer
Oversee assignments such as safety leader, material planner, mechanical/electrical worker and/or supervisor, overall installation coordinator, team leader, and QAQC leader
Essential Skills
Mechanical/electrical skills
Ability to use unique tools applicable to maintenance and tools installation
Familiarity with stacker cranes, conveyors, and/or AGVs
Experience with automated equipment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
Ability to read and understand equipment drawings and identify parts through drawings
Building automation systems
Electrical troubleshooting
Field service experience
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Associate's degree (AS) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
5+ years of material handling experience as a field service technician; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the industry
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in installation and/or automation maintenance/engineering

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this position, the employee frequently works near live equipment with moving parts, requiring situational awareness at all times. The employee is occasionally exposed to toxic or caustic chemicals and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Soto, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
