Aerotek Labor Foreman in De Soto, Kansas
LABOR FOREMAN ROLE...STARTING AT $30/HR
Description:
Schedule: 6:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, 6:30-3:30 Saturdays/(Sundays optional) - can work as much as they want - up to 90 hours per week.
Functions as a working foreman while leading and supervising laborers to complete work. Will report directly to the Project Foreman, and will have 8-15 laborers under them. Typically, will be assigned one section of the building to clean and maintain for the duration of the project. Plan, organize, supervise, and complete labor projects and/or assignments. Lead, direct, and coordinate work of the contractor's labor employees, subs, and other vendors. Manage schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and adhere to project budget and safety.

Delegate tasks to team, while working alongside
