Job Title: Labor Foreman
Job Description
Schedule: 6:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, 6:30-3:30 Saturdays (Sundays optional). You can work up to 90 hours per week.As a Labor Foreman, you will function as a working foreman while leading and supervising laborers to complete work. You will report directly to the Project Foreman and will manage a team of 8-15 laborers. Typically, you will be assigned one section of the building to clean and maintain for the duration of the project. You will plan, organize, supervise, and complete labor projects and assignments. Your responsibilities include leading, directing, and coordinating the work of the contractor's labor employees, subs, and other vendors. You will also manage schedule delivery, quality of work performed, and ensure adherence to project budget and safety standards.
Hard Skills
7+ years of experience in commercial construction
5+ years of leadership experience at a foreman level
Ability to perform general construction labor
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in NA, Kansas.
Work Environment
2M SqFt manufacturing setting. This work will be indoors but will feel like outdoors until the wall panels are up.
