Job Title: Sanitation Supervisor
Job Description
Supervise a team of over 20 sanitation workers in a cleanroom environment, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
Oversee the daily activities of sanitation workers.
Ensure compliance with cleanroom protocols and safety regulations.
Lead and motivate the sanitation team to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Coordinate and manage cleanup activities and schedules.
Monitor and report on sanitation performance and issues.
Essential Skills
Sanitation supervision experience
Leadership skills
Experience in cleanup and sanitation processes
Knowledge of cleanroom protocols
Experience in construction, cleaning, and production environments
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Strong supervisory skills
Proficiency in cleaning techniques

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
