Opportunity:
Our team is seeking a Fiber & Wireless Service Technician to support business operations in Western KS communities. In this position you will have the opportunity to support installers and operation service calls. Key Responsibilities (not limited to):
- Provide support with fiber & wireless to the home installations and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot customer connection issues
- Install and repair VOIP services - Residential and Business Customers
- Must be able to handle installations and repairs independently
- Provide an exceptional in-home/business experience to customers by being friendly, patient, efficient as well as knowledgeable of FTTP service, gateways and WiFi
- Working knowledge of aerial and underground fiber networks
- Installing drops from the service terminal to the home or business
