LifePoint Health Network Administrator in Dodge City, Kansas
To support, develop, maintain, and upgrade all Information Systems of the facility, including the Local Area Network, Wide Area Network, and Internet accesses. Provide equipment and software management for facility PC’s and CPCS, supporting on-site/off-site locations. Confers with Information Systems Director to determine information technology needs. Initial response to help desk calls made within the first 24 hours. Responsible for the installation and maintenance of computer equipment as needed throughout the facility and the facilities off-site locations. Maintain equipment and PC software records. Works with IS Director to align information technology with the business needs of the facility. Train or arrange for training of personnel in proper use and maintenance of software and equipment. Keeps current with principals and practices, technology, regulations and standards that apply to healthcare information technology.
Reports to: Director of Information Services
High school diploma or equivalent required
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
