Job Purpose and Impact
The Refrigeration Superintendent will lead a team that executes complex activities to maintain and improve overall utility operations in order to maintain highly functioning refrigeration and boiler processes.
Key Accountabilities
Implement and monitor methodologies to improve operational effectiveness in compliance with regulatory codes and standards in accordance with highly hazardous processes.
Lead contractors in the installment and integration of equipment and processes.
Partner with regional and global leadership to develop area leading practices.
Oversee the development of the operational related budget to track the area progress against the estimate.
Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications
Minimum Required
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of four years of related work experience
Preferred
Experience overseeing third party resources to deliver business results
Knowledge of equipment processes controls and area technology systems
Four years of supervisory experience
Experience in hazmat and confined space rescue response.
Experience in ammonia refrigeration with an understanding of PSM.
