Koch Fertilizer Dodge City LLC is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join our team in Dodge City, KS. Koch Fertilizer is an entrepreneurial company pursuing a self-motivated candidate with the ability to approach challenges as an entrepreneur and to challenge with humility and respect through the practice of Market Based Management (MBM) Guiding Principles. This role is a part of the plant reliability team with specific focus on fixed equipment. The successful candidate will be assisting the plant engineers with preventative/predictive maintenance implementation and oversight. They will assist with strategic planning and sustainability to improve plant fixed equipment reliability. The successful candidate will work with other reliability engineers, planners, procurement, maintenance mechanics and operations to ensure fixed equipment reliability program is constantly evolving and improving.

Responsibilities may include RBMI Management, Managing Inspections, Maintaining Fixed Equipment MI Program Elements and Small Fixed Equipment Projects.

+ Ability and willingness to work extended hours during plant outages and turnarounds

+ Ability to obtain a TWIC card

n

+ Valid driver?s license

+ Bachelor?s degree in Engineering

Physical Requirements:

+ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

+ Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work at heights of approximately 25-100

n

+ Unassisted physical mobility around a plant

n

+ Ability to sit, stand or kneel as needed

n

+ Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather
