Install manufactured unit onto truck or trailer and repair units used in the beef and dairy industries including feed mixers and manure spreaders.
- Assemble units onto a variety of trucks per specifications.
- Attach power, electrical, and hydraulics from our products to the truck/trailer unit they are mounted on.
- Diagnose and repair customer units, including Roto-Mix products and those of other manufacturers and complete these repairs in a timely fashion.
- Accurately record parts and time involved in repair.
- Operate and maintain acetylene welding/cutting torch and mig and stick welding equipment.
- Operate material handling equipment such as cranes, hoists, fork trucks and pallet jacks.
- Proper use and care of hand and power tools.
- Perform routine safety inspections of equipment and notify supervisor of any problems.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements, follow safety procedures when lifting, pushing, or pulling material and attend all required safety training.
