Major responsibilities
Support a variety of projects for other employees
Organize word processors, files, and faxes
Receive and direct visitors
Field telephone calls Requirements - Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to use the internet for research
- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems
At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
Experience with Oracle
SAP experience
Attendance Reports experience desired
Inventory Tracking experience
Microsoft Office experience
