Administrative Assistant

Our client is a manufacturing company in Edgerton, KS and is looking to add an energetic, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to add to a close-knit, dedicated and family-oriented culture. This individual will be tasked with providing administrative support to the management team and customers. Main responsibilities include inputting information, maintaining client information, processing requests.

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:

Primary responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant

--Answer customer phone calls, provide customer service, enter orders

--Create and enter invoices

--Manage inventory list

--Prepare written correspondence

--Order and follow-up on required documents needed to proceed

--Prepare and file documents

--Provide back-up data as needed

--Assist Management Team with Additional Tasks

--Help Warehouse Team with incoming orders as needed

Requirements of the Administrative Assistant

--Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

--Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

--Quickbooks experience a plus

--Works well in an environment with firm deadlines; results oriented

--Perform multiple tasks effectively

--Able to work both independently and as part of a team

--Strong analytical skills required

--Excellent oral and interpersonal communications skill

--Bachelor's Degree or minimum of 1 year experience working in an office setting

--Experience taking customer questions and orders over the phone (1-2 Years)

--Ability to Lift 25 Pounds
