Continuous Improvement (50%) Compile, coordinate and lead monthly site Continuous Improvement meetings. Prioritize Lean Six Sigma project activities with all manufacturing and distribution operations, and provide management tracking and reporting of the project portfolio. Collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts on teams throughout the enterprise to study processes and improvements by using various process improvement tools and methodologies. Provide specific tool training for project team members, and guide and mentor trained individuals. Lead process redesign workshops. Personally execute 3 to 5 LSS projects concurrently. Coordinates/prioritizes Lean Six Sigma project activity within responsible operations. Provides overall tracking and reporting of the CFC project portfolio Assists the CFC management team on project selection, execution and tracking of projects. Provides specific tool training for project team members. Assist in building and maintaining a library of process improvement tools, templates plus best practices. Maintains a consistent approach to corporate metrics and reporting. Conduct root cause analysis to determine metrics and troubleshoot operational inefficiencies Record historical trending to develop a current state and identify root causes of defects or waste in a process. Drive value stream mapping to define "As-Is Analysis" and the transition to Future State Quality Assurance (35%) Provide guidance to achieve inte nal and external quality goals. Manage and track the Internal and External DPMO for DC Performs risk management and quality assurance on processes. Take a proactive approach to minimizing internal and external errors. Prepare/review Quality defect trend analysis and project development to resolve. Trains and advises stakeholders on quality methodology and process improvement. Develop and maintain QA performance data bases. Act as a "bridge " between the DC and customers. Inventory Control (10%) Coordinate with inventory control to reduce audit issues.
