Flexsteel Industries Logistics Coordinator in Edgerton, Kansas
Description
Provides information to internal customers regarding order status and changes.
Coordinate transportation providers to ensure proper movement of shipments.
Accurately prepare and process shipping documents such as BOL, delivery receipts, invoices, outbound loading packets etc.
Promptly distribute shipping documents to warehouse operations, carriers, forwarders, customers, and agents in a timely manner.
Monitor carrier performance to ensure quality and delivery requirements are met.
Track small to large volumes of shipments to concurrently across multiple projects and multiple carriers such as FedEx, ups, and third-party logistics.
Prepare customer-facing tracking reports for supply chain managers and customers.
An Associates Degree (or equivalent) PLUS 1-3 years of related work experience is required
