Hiring Yard Hostler

Job Description

As a Yard Hostler, you will back up empty trailers to the docks, bring loaded trailers to the shipping area, and move around empty trailers. This role requires proficiency in English to communicate via radio. You must have hostler experience, and a Class A license is preferred or equivalent experience as a hostler driver. This position does not offer time for training. You will be moving 80-100 containers a day during the busy season from now until January/February. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7am - 4pm or 5pm until the work is done.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Edgerton, Kansas and some days remote.

Yard of a warehouse moving large shipping containers and trailers.
