Job Title: Forklift Operator and Material Handler
Job Description
We are searching for the right person to join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate records.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Fulfill product order invoices.
Unload material from incoming trucks.
Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping.
Assist with maintaining equipment, including cleaning out production equipment and lines.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Essential Skills
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic math skills.
Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred.
Ability to regularly stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods of time.
Capability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with forklift operation (80% of time spent on forklift).
Willingness to clean areas and assist in various tasks without complaint.
Ability to read and match skews and work orders accurately.
Physical capability to lift 50-pound bags and perform labor tasks when not operating a forklift.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse production environment. You'll be exposed to heat, cold, humid conditions, and dust. The typical schedule will be between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with a minimum of 42.5 hours per week and additional overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $37440.00/yr.

they will offer 1 week vacation in 1st year. After year 2-3 they get 2 weeks vacation.
