Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Job Description
Join a family-owned ag-fertilizer supply company as a Warehouse Associate. Under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory, organizing the warehouse, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Responsibilities
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Fulfill product order invoices.
Unload material from incoming trucks.
Load products onto delivery trucks for shipping.
Assist with maintaining equipment, including cleaning out production equipment and lines.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Essential Skills
High School diploma or equivalent.
1-2 years of experience in a warehouse setting.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Basic math skills.
Familiarity with computer and inventory software preferred.
Ability to regularly stand, sit, bend, kneel, squat, stack, lift, and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with reading Skews and work orders to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Willingness to perform manual labor and clean areas as needed.
Must pass a forklift operating test during the interview process.

Work Environment
This position is based in a warehouse production environment with exposure to heat, cold, humid conditions, and dust. The schedule is a minimum of 42.5 hours per week, typically between 6 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with additional overtime as needed. The role involves significant physical activity, including lifting 50-pound bags and manual labor when not operating a forklift.

This is a Permanent position based out of El Dorado, Kansas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33280.00 - $35360.00/yr.

Vacation: 1 week of vacation after a 90-day probation period.
Sick Days: 2 sick days per year.
Holiday Pay
Holidays: 8 days per year for full-time employees.
