Kansas Employer Agricultural Equipment Operator in Ellinwood, Kansas

These crops include corn, wheat, and alfalfa. Employees will help in alfalfa operation by swath, rake and pick up bales. Help with daily equipment maintenance including washing. Employees will work with irrigation equipment and systems. Employer may pay performance-based incentive bonuses at the end of the contract period at the employer\'s discretion. Employer may provide pay increases for performance, longevity and/or experience at employers discretion. Employer also pays 1.25 times the employees normal wage for any hours worked over 100 hours in a pay period.
