Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair. This includes inspecting and testing machinery and equipment, diagnosing mechanical problems, repairing or replacing defective parts, and performing preventive maintenance. The Maintenance Supervisor will also be responsible for training employees in proper maintenance techniques.
Responsibilities
Supervise the activities of workers engaged in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Inspect and monitor machinery and equipment to diagnose mechanical problems.
Repair or replace defective parts using hand tools or power tools.
Perform preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, or systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Train employees in proper maintenance techniques.
Monitor inventory of spare parts to ensure adequate supplies are available.
Maintain records of repairs made to machinery.

Work Environment
The job is based in a copper facility, which can be dirty. However, it has a good team and operates across two different sites, with the second site being newer and equipped with updated equipment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Eminence, Kentucky.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr.
