RESPONSIBILITIES:

::: {element-type="paragraph" data-version="5"} - Perform daily accounting functions using Banner program. - Complete daily balance sheets and deposits. - Process additional payments through TouchNet, Flywire, and TransferMate. - Process excess financial aid to student accounts via Banner. - Post departmental deposits via Banner and OnBase. - Complete 3^rd^party billing processes, including submitting required documents to vendors and posting and refunding payments on student accounts. - Effectively communicate with students and authorized users, various Emporia State University departments, and off-campus entities regarding student accounts, deposits, and billings. - Work closely with Athletics, Human Resources, Registration and Office of International Education regarding waivers and student accounts. - Supervise student workers. - Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor. :::
