Job Summary :

Lead plant systems integration projects, training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Main Responsabilities :

  • Execute all plant systems projects in area of expertise (SAP or Wonderware) in the assigned plant. Provide the technical expertise to configure, maintain and troubleshoot all plant systems at the assigned plant.

  • Provide guidance and training to plant operations to foster utilization.

  • Enforce standards that ensure global consistency of manufacturing and integration systems.

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the regional IT SSO and ISM teams.

  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the plant leadership teams, engineering teams, plant operations teams and quality teams.

  • Actively participate in the global plant systems integrator’s network.

Basic Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology or related technical field

  • At least 2years of experience with engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain

  • Experience with manufacturing operations and core processes

  • Experience in Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications

  • Experience in Wonderware manufacturing software such as:

  • Wonderware Archestra

  • Wonderware MES

  • Wonderware InBatch

  • Experience in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as:

  • Production Orders

  • Production Confirmations

  • Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues)

  • SAP Quality Management

  • Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.

  • Knowledge of Tableau

  • Basic understanding of:

  • Production Planning and Scheduling

  • Inventory Management

  • Planned Maintenance Concepts

  • Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts

  • Plant Floor Control System Concepts

  • Operational Excellence Standards and Expectations:

  • Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)

  • EOHS Standards

  • Quality Standards/Regulatory Requirements

  • Plant Metrics such as throughput, Operating Efficiency (OE), unplanned downtime (UPDT)

  • Ability to configure and test plant systems

  • Proven track record of project management

Prefered Qualifications :

  • Working Knowledgeof Allen Bradey PLC programming

  • At least 5 years of experience with engineering, supply chain operations and/or IT Supply Chain

  • Relationship Building – critical functional relationships must be established with IT, FP&R, quality, plant operations and the Regional Plant Systems team.

  • Influence / Negotiation – must be able to influence supply chain management to ensure

  • systems approaches are aligned with supply chain functional needs
