*Role*
To assist clients with their financial needs and deliver awesome service to every client. Perform a variety of duties in the financial center that support financial center operations.
*Skills*
Must have good communication skills (verbal and written), good listening skills, ability to take action and make independent decisions within the scope of the position, must be able to work under moderate supervision, basic computer and 10 key skills and accurate with names and numbers. Six months of banking or similar experience (i.e. customer contact and cash handling experience).
*Duties*
Receive and process clients financial transactions. Sell cashier checks and redeem savings bonds. Balance cash drawer and make settlement of daily activity. May balance the money vault. Regularly lift or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Provide routine information concerning services and direct clients to appropriate department for specific information and service. Look for opportunities to cross-sell bank solutions.
Process deposits from night depository box, perform a variety of misc tasks and other duties as assigned.
