To ensure the 100% satisfaction of every customer.

Provides training and development of Production Leaders and all other areas of staff.

Is accountable for the actions of every team member in their restaurant.

Proficient in procedure and guidelines published in various Operations Manuals, Handbooks, Loss Control and Training Resource Guides, to handle any of numerous serious or emergency incidents, which may arise.

Interview, hire, train, evaluate and promote personnel within guidelines and needs of the restaurant. Assessment of staffing needs and scheduling on an ongoing basis.

Follow directions and procedures of Restaurant General Manager, Corporate Trainers and District Managers and support the objectives and goals implemented by them or company policy.

Initiate counseling, coaching, training, disciplinary action and problem resolution with crew members fairly and impartially according to need and all policies on regulations which apply to the particular situation.

Perform daily inventory processes looking for opportunities to avoid waste and reduce costs, theft.

Accomplishes goals established regarding sales, labor, food cost and other budgetary demands including cash accountability, utilities, and other cost conscious considerations deemed necessary and appropriate

Arrives to work on time (according to handbook policy), is in uniform, has good personal hygiene, and has a positive/friendly attitude

Provides leadership to team members by using themselves, as an example and is accessible to team members. Delegate, follow-through, and promote teamwork within the restaurant. Is constantly focused on the training of team members

Assessment of staffing needs and scheduling on an ongoing basis. Train personnel within guidelines and needs of the restaurant.

Is able to communicate well with customers (i.e.: handle customer complaints) and team members. Conducts business in a professional, courteous and positive manner with team members as well as customers even during emergency situations.

Ensure property is safe, secure and free of hazards to crew and customers at all times.

Assess health code requirements and ensure compliance in all areas. Ensure that restaurant is maintained in a cleanly manner at all times.

Assist the Restaurant General Manager, Corporate Trainers by helping with payroll, accounts payable, invoices, records, reports, accident reports, employer maintenance, corrective actions, deposits, and other required tasks as instructed.

Communicates information to supervisors, crew members and corporate departments as required to keep everyone informed of needs, accomplishments, problems or requests.
