This is a full-time position M-F 8:00am-4:30pm
Position Summary
This position has the overall responsibility for strategy and operations around workforce recruitment, retention, and development in accordance with NRH policies, goals, and objectives established by the Board of Trustees. This position leads and executes the organizational learning strategy in partnership with Executive Leadership. In addition, this position leads the team in the creation of strategic business partnerships at the community and regional level.
Essential Functions
- Participate in strategic planning around workforce recruitment and development.
- Develop recruitment and retention programs to attract and retain applicants.
- Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events and job fairs.
- Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization.
- Develop and execute learning and development strategy, including leadership development and career development at all levels.
- Develops strategic partnerships in the community including hospital/healthcare industry and academia.
