Summary

THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (CONSTRUCTION), Position Description Number D2141000 and is part of the KS 190 Air Refueling Wing, National Guard.

Responsibilities

As a Production Controller (Construction), GS-1152-07, you will perform duties such as; to assist in the performance of a variety of production control processes including planning, estimating, scheduling and expediting work and supply tasks in direct support of assigned facilities and Real Property Installed Equipment (RPIE) for the Civil Engineer Squadron (CES) on the installation or assigned Geographical Separated Units (GSUs) and to manage the deployment and logistical (supply) assets of the CES. Such work involves work order management, oversight/management of CE operations to include training of drill status operations personnel, implementation of operations and supply procedures and operations, maintaining squadron mobility equipment, command and control contingency cell, providing supply guidance/assistance to other squadron personnel, oversight/performance of requisitioning, receiving, storing, accounting for and issuing a variety of repair parts, components, tools or vehicles, facility inspections, database maintenance and contract management. Perform other duties as assigned.

Military Grades: E1 through E7 Compatible Military Assignments: 3E072; 3E6X1 3E6XO GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education or training which indicates the candidate can reason in quantitative terms, communicate orally and in writing in a clear and concise manner, understanding the terminology and data pertaining to repair operations and process characteristics of the production activity SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 12 months experience, education or training working with people from various levels and backgrounds. Experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, references, and techniques for developing production control data.
