Insight Global Constructive Simulation Specialist in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

Job Description

Conducts overall management coordination for all technical, networking, simulation, exercise design, and administrative support

Assists the Government in the design, development, delivery, and maintenance of simulation systems and tools, and exercises and training events

Provides strategic solutions for standardizing technology, technical documentation, and technical support models across the site(s)

Attends training, seminars, conferences, exercise/experiment planning events, site surveys, and training events.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's degree (CS, Engineering, IT, or associated discipline)

5 yrs. experience supporting like-sized teams and projects

Experience in systems integration, including integrating HW/SW components to create cohesive systems

Knowledge of DoD simulation technologies, particularly those relevant to Army military training and operations

Knowledge of programming languages and scripting, including languages like C++, Java, or Python

Familiarity with network architecture and protocols, particularly those used in military or simulation environments.

Hands-on experience with military simulation systems, such as constructive or virtual simulation platforms

Understanding of the specific requirements and constraints of military training simulations

Experience in JLCCTC technical and operational competencies, including experience in configuring, maintaining, and integrating JLCCTC federate systems null
