BMA Mission Command Analyst / Knowledge Manager in Fort Leavenworth, Kansas

BMA, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is seeking a Mission Command Analyst / Knowledge Manager to support our Echelons Above Brigade assessment team at Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Serve in the role of Mission Command Analyst / Knowledge Manager as a member of high-quality Echelons Above Brigade (EAB) Mission Command assessment team. The team supports the advancement of Mission Command capabilities through supporting concept development, experimentation, and assessment.

  • Develop and maintain a knowledge repository for all Mission Command Assessment related documents and information

  • Engage and collaborate with Mission Command stakeholders/community of practice on Mission Command assessment efforts and related activities.

  • Provide Mission Command technical expertise in support of Army and Joint experiments, exercises, and simulations.

  • Support the preparation of Mission Command assessments in support of JCIDS.

Qualifications, Required Experience:

  • Experience as a capability developer within the Department of Defense

  • Knowledge of and experience with Mission Command systems

  • Knowledge management experience (KM training desired but not required)

  • Graduate of Army ILE or equivalent

  • SECRET Security Clearance
